Strelitzia, thank you so much for your exceptional service. I ordered flowers around 7 pm the night before my grandmother's funeral (we totally forgot about the flowers!). I left a panicked "note for the florist" with my online order asking if it was possible to get the flowers in time. Even though the store was closed, the manager called me soon after submitting the order to assure me that they would be able to make the arrangement and deliver on time. The arrangement was already at the cemetery before we arrived and it was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you thank you thank you for the great customer service.
