Our Designer’s Choice Sympathy Arrangement is thoughtfully created by our designers using seasonal flowers selected for their beauty and appropriateness for the occasion. Each arrangement is styled in a complementary container such as glass, ceramic, a basket, wooden box, or a similar vessel based on availability and delivery location.
Please note that glass containers are only used for home deliveries, but a glass container is not guaranteed. For hospitals, services, or other locations, a more suitable alternative container will be selected.
If you have a preferred color palette, you are welcome to include it in the special instructions, and we will do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, flower varieties and colors will be chosen based on seasonal availability and our designers’ discretion.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
