I really needed a flower arrangement that was kitty friendly. This fit the bill. Beautiful arrangement and the recipient loved them. I ordered balloons with the arrangement and they weren't initially delivered with the flowers, but I called Strelitzia's and they immediately set it right and delivered the "forgotten balloons" post haste. In spite of that slight hiccup, I'm giving them 5 stars b/c they acknowledged and corrected their error in a very timely manner and that quality in an outfit is worth 5 STARS!!!
