I had bad experiences with FromYouFlowers in the past so it was on my mind, that I wanted the ordering process experience to be much better this time around. I called to place my order and was greeted by Ellen. She was a breath of fresh air. Very sweet, kind, understanding of the occasion and made me feel comfortable. I explained her my past experiences with other florist sites and she assured me that wouldn’t happen with them. This is one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever received. The folded leaves made each rose stand out like a package, they lasted far longer than most rose bouquets and the smaller height made them easy to place on the table for display. So all in all it was a huge success. Thank you.
