Incredibly beautiful arrangement and superior customer service. I ordered a same day floral arrangement for a rosary/funeral and this team delivered a 5 star experience. I called 9 AM with some questions and spoke to Robin; she was a tremendous help. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and put all my concerns to rest. I then ordered through their website which is extremely easy to use and professionally done. We were delayed due to I-80 traffic with picking up the arrangement and Hannah called to check in and let me know they would close at 5. I wouldn't arrive until right at 5 or just after. Hannah said not to worry and that they would wait for me to arrive as they closed up. When I arrived, Robin and Hannah took great care of me. Hannah took care of the checkout/pickup paperwork and Robin showed me how to disassemble and assemble the floral stand and arrangement. She then walked the arrangement out to the car for me and placed it in my trunk all without me having to ask. I would absolutely recommend Strelitzia and this team to anyone looking for a professional arrangement and experience. Thank you Robin and Hannah!
