I left a bad review a week or so ago, that the arrangement sent was unlike the picture on the website. I want everyone to know the florist reached out to me, explaining why it looked different and sent a second complementary arrangement to my family member as a courtesy. I appreciate that very much and am changing my review to well done! ---- Florist's Response: Cathy thank you for your emails and the picture. As I noted in the email the arrangement you ordered was a one sided arrangement and the picture you sent me was a picture of the backside of the arrangement. The front side of the arrangement was very similar to the arrangement on the website. As a courtesy we sent a complimentary arrangement with pictures of the front and back on the arrangement.
