Dusty Miller leaves were wilted when flowers were delivered. Called and told florist.. They came and picked up flowers and fixed up with fresh flowers. Happy that all worked out .

The flowers were beautiful but it was really the delivery person named Matt who really went above and beyond and made this a 5-star experience! Utmost professionalism, friendly, and wonderful customer service. I will recommend and I will definitely purchase again

We ordered this for my mother's 81st birthday, and she was absolutely thrilled with it. The vase is not as deep a purple as the photo, but it is still lovely. We are very, very happy with Strelitzia Flower Company and the arrangement!

Love the promptness, flowers were delivered on time. Beautiful colors.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
