I ordered tulips as a gift to celebrate a friends birthday. The bouquet was arranged beautifully and the flowers were fresh! Delivery was easy to arrange and they were delivered the same day. My overall experience was fantastic.

The flowers arrived beautifully and my friend loved them. I especially love that the note was hand written and not just printed. Thank you so much for helping me make a friend smile during this hard time for her. - Yari

You guys are great!! I’ve called other florist’s two or three days in advance for special flowers and they call me back the day of or the day before the flowers are supposed to be delivered and tell me they don’t have the flowers I ordered! Not Strelitzia! I can order what I want I know they will deliver exactly what I want when I want, thank you Strelitzia for saving my butt twice now! I will always go to Strelitzia for future orders because I know they will deliver every time. Thank you very much!!!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
