ordered an African Violet for a friends Birthday ,it was delivered on time. she sent me a foto of the plant and said it was nice but the flowers were not in very good shape. I contacted Strelitzia and informed them of the issue and before you could say Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, they redelivered a different plant of equal value the same day !! if that ain't customer service ,I don't know what is. Strelitzia has a new forever customer .!! BTW my friend said the replacement was Beautiful .
