Ordering was easy. I also called to ask a few questions on delivery and customer service provided clear information. Originally scheduled for delivery on Valentines day, I called the day before to see if the delivery could be one day earlier. The asnswer was yes and the flowers were delivered on time on Feb 13th. Everything was in order, and my lady friend loved them.
